Withdrawal from a contract

This is a translation; in case of doubt the Slovak version prevails.

Hosting and domain registration are services provided at a distance. As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason (Section 19 of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.). This right does not apply to a customer ordering in the course of business.

How to withdraw

Fill in the form on this page. Immediately after you send it, we confirm by e-mail that we have received the notice, including its content and the time of receipt. The deadline is met if you send the notice before it expires.

What follows

When ordering, you chose whether provision of the service should begin straight away or only after the withdrawal period has expired:

• The service has not yet started — we refund the full price paid.
• Hosting whose earlier start you expressly requested — you pay the proportionate part of the price for the period during which the service was provided (Section 21(5) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.). We refund the rest.
• A domain whose earlier registration you expressly requested — registration is full performance of the service and the right of withdrawal has ceased. The domain is recorded in your name in the domain registry, this act cannot be undone and the price is not refunded.

We make refunds within 14 days of receiving the notice, in the same way you paid.
